We assist clients in resolving Department of Labor investigations and Internal Revenue Service audits. Our attorneys interpret plan documents and provide legal advice to boards of trustees on issues relating to plan administration, mergers, termination, and compliance with state and federal regulations. We also defend Trustee decisions in court, if necessary, and litigate delinquent contribution and withdrawal liability cases.
