Rachel Paster became associated with LCN in 2010. Her practice focuses primarily on representing unions in contract negotiations, employment arbitrations, federal court, bankruptcy court, and in front of various administrative bodies including the NLRB, PERB, and the EEOC. Ms. Paster provides day-to-day advice to employee benefit funds on a wide range of issues including internal governance, bankruptcy and compliance matters. She is also leader of LCN’s employment litigation practice and is involved in discrimination and wage and hour litigation on behalf of individuals and groups of employees.

Prior to joining LCN, Ms. Paster worked for Cohen, Weiss and Simon LLP and Cary Kane LLP, as well as the County Attorney for Nassau County, New York.
